Established in 1903 by Nathaniel Goodhue and Chester Hawkins, Goodhue Boat Company, originally known as Goodhue & Hawkins Navy Yard, boasts the oldest marina on Lake Winnipesaukee. The rich history of this company is deeply intertwined with the Lakes Region. Building on the company’s roots, the Pratt family took leadership of the business in 2004 and has since guided the company into a new era of growth. Today, Goodhue Boat Company operates from three locations: the original site in Wolfeboro, as well as the former Shep's Boat Basin in Meredith, and Ossipee Lake Marina in Freedom.
